Student Help Resources & HUB Maintenance
A chat room is available for help. During my office hours I will be available in the chat room. Please feel free to use the chat room for class discussions or to get help from me and your class peers.
Please use Firefox or Chrome web browsers for viewing Moodle and Moodle assignments. If you are having problems viewing the
videos in full screen mode; try changing your web browser. Internet Explorer is not a recommended browser.
If you need help with how to do something in Moodle look under the
Southeast banner in the upper left corner of the course for "Student
Help Resources".
Please keep in mind that maintenance is performed on the HUB Fridays
between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m., which may make both the HUB unavailable
during that timeframe. If you access your Moodle courses via the HUB,
you may be unable to do so during the maintenance period. It is a good
idea to bookmark the direct Moodle address
(http://online.southeast.mrooms3.net) in case you need to access Moodle
without going through the HUB.
