ACTIVITY 4-3

Attend a meeting or visit a restaurant to observe professional business etiquette. While you are doing so, identify professional and unprofessional behaviors others are exhibiting. If you observe unprofessional behaviors, explain why they are not professional. If you are unable to attend a meeting or visit a restaurant, reflect on a past experience(s).
