Week 10 Discussion Forum-Asthma, Use of Steroid and Bronchodilator Therapy

1) Asthma--I have posted a document on Moodle regarding the statistics of Asthma in this country. Review it briefly. What did you learn about the prevalence of asthma? What surprised you?
2) TEACHING patients how to use their asthma medications correctly:

ANSWER THIS: In what order should you use an inhaler when you have both a bronchodilator and a steroid inhaler? What are two patient teaching points that are very important?
