Module 1 Introduction: (U1 M1) Scientific Inquiry

Scientific inquiry can be defined as the ways in which scientists study the natural world and propose explanations based on the evidence derived from experimentation. In turn, the scientific method is the foundation of all experimentation. In this Module you will learn and apply the concept of scientific inquiry and the basics of experimental design.

  • Identify the steps in the scientific method.

  • Design and evaluate an experiment.
