CS 120 - Digital Literacy

Computers. They have become common place, but how much do you really know about them? About how they work? This Module will give you an overview of computers and their software, operating systems, and applications. In addition, you will learn how to use the Snipping Tool, a very helpful program that you will be using in upcoming Competency Assessments.

Module Outcomes:

• Identify current and future trends in computing and recognize various computing devices and their uses.

• Identify the parts of a computer and their features and functions and recognize the advantages and limitations of important peripheral devices.
