Anatomy and Physiology I

This learning object describes the general senses of the body. Topics include 1) the locations and functions of receptors for tactile, thermal, and pain sensations, and for proprioception, 2) the functions and components of the spinal sensory and motor pathways, and 3) disorders that affect the sensory, motor and integrative systems. Interactives such as flashcard activities are embedded, as well as video animations and quiz questions.
