Mendelian Pigs is a virtual Lab that explores simple inheritance patterns. You will breed pigs, examine traits, and practice Punnett squares to predict offspring. Learn how to determine genotypes using test crosses and decide whether blondes are an endangered species.

Your task is to complete the sections 1–3 in the SimBio Lab simulations. Section 3 is a highly challenge portion, giving you a glimpse of topics that are yet to come in the course. You are required to complete section 3, and there will be questions on the Self-check, but you will not be tested on the concepts until after a formal introduction to population genetics in Credit Unit 4.
