Introductory Materials & Activities
In this course students will explore the different technology tools used in precision agriculture; they will compare different monitors and which monitors are more user friendly; install a monitor in any piece of farm machinery and successfully set up a monitor for use on the job.
This first module will lead students through the basic tools a student will use throughout the course: how to use messaging, upload an assignment, and practice participating in discussion forums. Objectives
After completion of this module students will become familiar with:
- Course structure, calendar, and student expectations
- Communicating with the instructor
- Setting up a Moodle profile
- Accessing the software
- Participating in discussions
- Taking a quiz

Course Evaluation
SCC evaluates a select group of courses each term, and we need your input. Please go to The Hub website (https://thehub.southeast.edu) and click the button that says [Go to Course Evaluations] to see which course evaluations are available to you. Keep in mind not every course is evaluated and the evaluation period is typically available only during the last two weeks of the term. Your input is anonymous, and your instructor will not be able to see the results until later next quarter after grades are posted. Your thoughtful input is appreciated and will help with quality improvement in our courses at SCC!
Application
