Thinking About Quality

Follow the link to the discussion board. Follow the prompts to both post and reply. Think about a really "good" or a really "bad" product you have purchased and used. Describe what it was and why it was "good" or "bad." Reply to others' descriptions with your ideas about what contributed to the quality. (Note to Advanced Manufacturing faculty: I would have students post to this until it was well-populated, then put them into groups to read the posts and relies and try to identify some themes-- What do the "good" things have in common? What do the "bad" things have in common?)
