BI 101 - General Biology

 In the first installment of the diversity segment of the course, you will explore microscopic life. Bacteria, viruses, and protists cover approximately the first 3 billion years of life, before multi-cellular life evolved. You will explore the habitats and lifestyles of each of these major groups. In the protists we will see the precursors, the stepping stones, to multi-cellular life.
